Cookie policy

Updated: 13 October 2026

This page describes the cookies and browser storage used on this website. Other information about personal data is in the privacy policy.

1. What cookies are

A cookie is a short piece of text a website stores in your browser, for example to remember a sign-in or to measure visits. Local storage is a separate browser record. We use it to remember your cookie choice and to stop the same inquiry being sent twice in a short time.

2. What we use

The table lists only what this website actually uses. We do not use third-party advertising or marketing cookies.

3. When they are set

  • The form-security cookie is set when you open and submit an inquiry.
  • KOLB.Download is set only after you sign in to the download centre.
  • kolb-vid is set only after you choose “Accept all”. If you choose “Necessary cookies only”, you can still browse the site and send an inquiry.
  • kolb-cookie-consent is written after you make a choice. kolb-contact-last is written after you submit an inquiry and stops blocking a repeat after about ten minutes.

4. How to change your choice

To see the banner again, clear this site’s cookies and local storage in your browser, then reopen the site. You can also delete cookies in the browser settings. If necessary cookies are blocked, the inquiry form may not submit and the download centre may not stay signed in.
